The Tiny Cottage is a cute little space that would be ideal for a family with a couple of young children who would enjoy being in a loft, especially if they plan to not spend much time in the cottage. Albia was great with communication and is very personable.

There is one queen bed but no door to separate it from the rest of the cottage. The other two beds are in a loft, again without a door so it's hard to justify "two bedrooms" like the site says. While the space accomplished what we needed for four adults, it was tight. The loft is a unique sleeping space, but those who sleep there need to be petite or able to manuever on their knees, being mindful of the sloped ceiling. It was nice that the beds could be moved to the highest point of the ceiling to provide a little more room to bend over.

It was beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained. The owner was a delight to deal with. She even gave us a wonderful recommendation to a local restaurant. The personal touch that we received goes a long way . You don’t often get that.

The bed was a little small but nothing we couldn’t adjust too.

We had an absolutely marvelous time staying at this adorable property. The owner Albia is an absolute gem of a human being and is so incredibly kind, accommodating, and helpful. Our trip got delayed multiple times (on the way down AND on the way home) with all of the TSA airport /storm delay flight issues. She was so understanding and accommodating. We had such a wonky travel itinerary and she was able to change plans twice in order to get us checked in. She is super responsive and communicative and I feel like I made a friend for life!! The property itself is lovely, private, and so comfortable. It's beautifully furnished with everything you could need. The master bed and loft beds were so comfortable and our daughter loved having her own cool space to hang out in! The kitchenette is well stocked if you want to cook something and the dining space was great. The patio area was lovely to hang out and listen to the waterfall. It is private with the fencing and felt very secure. The neighborhood is very quiet and it is a short drive to town to go shopping or get food. It was an incredibly positive experience and I would recommend this spot to anyone. I am trying to come up with reasons to visit Florida again just so we can stay here ♥️ If you are very nice, you might even get to try her Cuban coffee or meet her wonderful dog Max 🐶

Our travel plans got shortened and we weren't able to stay as long as planned due to airline issues, no fault of the host! She was amazing and so was the site. 10/10!!

Front door accessibility

Roaches, ants, dramatically dangerous staircase to loft, no broom, no mop, extremely thin trash bags, no dish scrubber or kitchen towel, porch rug curled up is another safety hazard which made me trip and break my toe. No entry or exit instructions until 24 hours after I checked out.
