+ sehr gute Lage (auch Bushaltestelle sehr nah für den Öffentlichen Transport) + WLAN Empfang einwandfrei + Küche so weit ganz gut ausgestattet + ausreichend Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus + Check-in war sehr einfach - vorab gab es die Infos zum Zugang mittels Schlüsselsafe

- Bad ist schon sehr klein - Kommunikation mit Gastgeber leider schwierig - ich benötige eine Rechnung für den Aufenthalt und habe diese leider noch nicht erhalten! Keine Reaktion, weder über Booking noch über WhatsApp!

De locatie was superb. A 15 min drive from the town Berchtesgaden en a bus stop on a 5 min walk as well. The free and spacious parking place, the possibility of the swimming pool though it wasnt open, probably because it was late september. The spacious apartment was very nice with a separate bedroom and a kitchen with the utensils you need to make your own meal. Also the quiet area around the apartment was just a nice thing to experience and seeing the local kids riding on their bike. 2 lightbulbs suddenly didnt work anymore and they were replaced the next day.

In the add it shows it has a swimming pool, but only after we booked it we got a detailed information that the pool would be closed when the weather will change, probably late september. That was too bad because when the time we were there it was around 22 celsius and clear blue sky. Sone detailed info upfront would have been justified. Also make sure you bring your own toilet paper and hand/dish soap with you when staying more then 3-4 days. Also there was 1 normal and one smaller towel given per person. If you want more clean towels you have to pay a fee of 5 euro. We were told we would get 2 toilet rolls, but in fact we got one. They would bring us another one but that didnt happen. We were given only a bit of liquid handsoap and dishwashsoap. It looked like they are measuring the amount of liquid given in the bottles.. We mentioned this to the company and they said its made clear that they provide these things only for a use of a few days. Also know that you will need to pay tourist tax before you check out, this wasnt mentioned when we booked the place. I know the communication about this isnt always clear, thats why im mentioning it here And well the couch wasnt that comfy but that was okay, the bed was very good to sleep on.

Toller Blick auf den Berg, kostenfrei mit Gästekarte fahren mit der Buslinie, in die benachbarten Orte... Bus fährt stündlich von Haus Hintermühle ab.

Geschirrspüler wäre noch eine Option, ansonsten alles top!

Check in, die Ausstattung mit Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle-Backofen, TV, Bad mit angenehmer Dusche, angenehme Betten zum Ausschlafen und die Nähe zu vielen Attraktivitäten und Ausflugszielen. Viele Infos vorhanden. Den Müll konnte man vor Ort in Tonnen entsorgen. Die Wohnung besenrein zu übergeben, wurde doch vom Putzteam übernommen.

Der Türdurchgang zum Schlafzimmer war zu niedrig, man schlug öfters bei Unachtsamkeit den Kopf an. Der Induktionsherd erfüllte trotz der Technik nicht immer den Wunsch von warmem Essen, schwierig war die Bedienung mit der Einschaltfunktion einer zweiten Platte...; Geschirrablage war zu klein. Keine Ablage auf Bauchhöhe in der Dusche. Im Zusammenhang mit den Buchungsinformationen: Wir bekamen sämtliche Bilder über die Wohnungen, wussten aber nicht, dass es eine Dachwohnung mit niedrigen Fenstern war. Zu den Gästekarten: Bis zum Schluss hatten wir keine bekommen. Der Link per SMS kam zwar. Aber nach dem Prozedere mit den Ausweisdaten kamen per Emails keine Gästekarten, obwohl ich bis hin zum Spamordner gesucht hatte. Der Vermieter war nett, wollte sich darum kümmern und erklärte uns auch, dass diese vom einem Amt (für Tourismus oder so ähnlich) kommen, doch ist nichts passiert.
