Centrally located, well equipped, self contained, roomy. Ideal for my purpose which was to explore Nidderdale on foot, and, mostly, make my own meals. It was a great base to return to each day.
My only negative concerned the bed which was only just average comfort-wise. Certainly large enough for two, but perhaps not comfortable enough. As a single this wasn't of great concern, but I would recommend replacing both the frame and, perhaps, the mattress.

Well presented and very comfortable. Bed was amazing to sleep in.
Stairs were steep, dust under living room planter and sofas, cobwebs behind bedside table and up wall, hair on toilet seat. Welcome pack was inside tv unit, didn’t even know there was one. Which is why I messaged asking if there was WiFi, found pack following day. Internet poor.
