Our stay at this home in Garden City, Utah was an amazing experience for my family. The house has absolutely everything you could need, and it’s clear the owner has thought of every little detail. It truly feels like a home away from home, with so many thoughtful touches that make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The massage chair is incredible, and having a sauna in the garage was such a fantastic bonus. Everything is perfectly organized and exactly where it should be.I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Garden City, Utah. It’s truly a 100% recommended place for a relaxing and memorable family getaway!

Wonderful newer 3-bedroom, 3 bath townhome at touristy Bear Lake. Walking distance (less than 15min) to "downtown" as well a 3 minute walk to a full-on grocery mart, gas station, a souvenir shop & a bike rental place - if you'd rather ride & glide. The marina is also within walking distance. The home was clean, light, and airy, and the host provided everything as expected. The home also had a sauna, gas BBQ grill, a foosball table, and board games to keep you entertained in case of bad weather or you just need to chill and relax. We visited during the shoulder season, so many restaurants and gift shops were not open. But it was relaxing to be at the lake before the summer holiday season kicks off.We would absolutely pick this charming home again.

Property was described as a house. It is, in fact, a town home. There is absolutely no outside space in this complex so the tweens were playing in the street. The town home is new yet there are already small cracks in a couple walls and nails poking through a wall upstairs. We were very disappointed to have no living space downstairs. The dining area only seats 6 at the table. This is ALL the space available for gathering on the ground level. To walk upstairs requires navigating a very steep 16 steps. At 71, this was not ideal. It is a nice, clean property. If it is used only for sleeping it is perfect. As a retreat, we found it inadequate.
