This ultra high-end apartment features a private elevator, private terrace, free secured parking, 24 hour doorman, 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, and is perfect for families traveling to Chicago, professionals visiting the city on work trips, and everything in between. The cityscape views are unbeatable!
The Space:
Part of our luxury loft collection, our unique one of a kind lofts are located in Chicago's newest luxury building with views overlooking the city and are the most high-end rental offering in the city. Everything flows around the spacious and open living room and chef's kitchen, add the floor to ceiling windows with connecting outdoor patio and the space becomes a unique environment for entertaining and gathering with your group.
Your spacious living room is decorated in modern contemporary art and features a large sectional, accent chairs, dining table for 8+ people, smart 65 inch TV (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. compatible) and bluetooth speaker for entertainment.
Attached to the dining room, the chef's kitchen is outfitted with gas-powered Gaggenau ranges, Gaggenau oven and microwave, restaurant sized refrigerator and freezer, plenty of cabinetry, plates, cups, and cutlery in addition to state-of-the-art kitchen appliances including a coffee maker, amongst others.
In addition, enjoy your own large private covered terrace with seating and dining options (provided during the nice weather), truly a unique offering and extension of the living area!
This one of a kind loft comfortably sleeps 12+ people and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom with a king bed, full bath. The second bedroom can sleep up to eight people and features two full-over-full bunk beds, full bathroom with soaking tub, perfect for both children and adults. Lastly, the third bedroom can sleep two people, with two side-by-side twin xl beds. Please note, while we allow 12 people to stay in this unit, there may not be 12 regular beds and allow our guests to figure out their sleeping arrangements.
Sleeping arrangements/room layout:
Main bedroom (bedroom 1): King Bed, private bathroom with tub and shower
Bedroom 2: Two full-over-full bunks bed, private bathroom with shower and large soaking tub
Bedroom 3: Two side-by-side twin xl beds
Our units are made up fresh before each guest and their group arrives. Our cleaning services that we use on all of our properties do a thorough job of cleaning all areas, focusing on high touch point areas. Each bed is striped and all sheets, pillow covers, and duvet covers are washed thoroughly after each stay.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
-You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
-You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
-You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.
-You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
Guest Access:
You will have full access to all rooms and spaces inside the unit, except for one utility closet. Temporary access codes will be shared 24 hours before rental commencement by email.

The location of this property was great. There are many restaurants/bars nearby, we even walked to Target, Orange Theory, a hair salon, and an amazing massage place during our short stay! The entire home was very clean and filled with upscale amenities. The beds were very comfortable, even the bunk beds had very nice mattresses on them. The master bathroom was very spacious, and the tub was one of my favorite places in the home! We did not get to enjoy the balcony as much as we wanted due to the weather, but the view from the balcony was awesome, especially at night. The living/dining/kitchen area was also spacious and very functional. The front desk attendants were very friendly, and very helpful. They let us leave our luggages there even after we had checked out for a few hours. The hosts were also amazing with fast communication and flexibility with accommodations they made for us. We really appreciated their understanding with our travel itinerary changes. I have nothing negative to say about this place, and I 100% recommend this beautiful home to anyone who is visiting Chicago! I will definitely return in the future!

Big place to entertain a large party. Nice balcony with furniture, grill and sink. Private elevator and building protected by a doorman 24x7. Owners responsive to problems with quick actions.

Pros: location, walkable 2 tons of restaurants, the loop and even the beach. Common areas are AMAZING for hanging out with large groups. Free parking spot is clutch and the garage seemed pretty empty. Did not hear or a neighbor for our entire stay. Key fob access easy and comes with 2 fobs for larger groups. Cons: there were some items that were broken and when I reached out to the hosts I never heard back. Worst was the kitchen sink/garbage disposal that doesn’t drain.. for the price was a bummer to have gross water sitting in the sink of a beautiful kitchen all weekend. Art falling off wall, switch for blinds broken in multiple rooms so they couldn’t go up or down. There are also NO full length mirrors in this place (heads up ladies). The appliances are top-notch but strangely difficult to use, we never did figure out the microwave.
