Every aspect of this house has been renovated within the past few years. It is located in the Lakewood Community in the heart of Ahwatukee. Located approximately 15 minutes south of the airport. Easy access to I-10, I-202 and I-101. This is a very quiet and safe community. There are 2 beautiful lakes, walking trails and a park in the center of the community. Redecorated /new furniture. We hope you will feel right at home.

We had a great time. We were close to all the activities we were interested in doing, golf, restaurants, shopping & the enjoyable weather. Karen had homemade cookies ready upon our arrival. Will recommend this home to family & friends who would like to visit the Phoenix area.

The house was beautiful. The check in was easy and convenient. The location is very good and it's a beautiful neighborhood, very quiet. The owner was a wonderful fella. It was a great experience and I would go back in a second.
