I can’t say enough about this amazing place! The location was the best with river access and town within a few blocks. We enjoyed walking downtown and to Landa Park. Tina is a phenomenal human and just the best host ever. We felt right at home with our two dogs from the moment we arrived. Gruene has a popular music scene and is just a few miles away too. SCORE!!!! Stay with Tina you won’t regret it:)

Our host was so accommodating and thought of every little detail to make our stay comfortable. My husband and I loved the location! We were able to walk to Wurstfest and to the many shops and restaurants in downtown New Braunfels.The outdoor space was a true oasis, and truly, it would have been a perfect vacation if we had decided to just hang there and chill - BUT…there is so much to do in town! We loved every single thing about this little cottage!

Location can’t be beat! Walkable to water, downtown NB and more. We are not tiny people but all four of us & the pup fit nicely and had everything we needed for a perfect 4th of July river trip. Wildlife all around & we had so much fun exploring the town on foot. A great spot to come home to after a long hot river day & liked that we could cook some of our meals as well. Loved our sweet host & our time there!! Highly recommend ❤️

Tina's guest house is close to everything in New Braunfels. It is an easy walk to the Comal, and downtown restaurants and maybe 5 minutes to Schlitterbahn. The guest house is very small. I stayed there with my teenage daughter and we were comfortable but it felt like one more person would have made it a tight squeeze. We had a nice time and one of the best parts was that Tina was very accomodating of our 2 dogs. There is a fenced yard and a my dogs seemed very happy with the stay. The only suggestion I would say is maybe a rack for drying dishes? We didn't cook much, just made sandwiches so it wasn't a big deal but we just let dishes dry on the counter.
