Inside, you’ll find an open layout connecting the living room and fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas range and oven for home-cooked meals. The home is cooled by a 3-zone split system AC. Each bedroom has a queen bed, and there’s also a twin air mattress and playpen for added flexibility.
Recent updates include blackout curtains in the bedrooms and new windows throughout, reducing noise and enhancing the comfort level inside the condo. Additionally, a new bar-height table has been added to the lanai, creating a perfect space for outdoor dining.
Enjoy full access to the condo and its on-site amenities, including the shared pool, BBQ grill, and laundry facilities (availability may vary). One assigned parking stall is provided — please note, additional parking is not available on-site.

The location was great walking distance to downtown. The condo was clean and well stocked.

Everything was perfect. We got the necessary info from the owner late in the day we arrived, which was fine, but I would have had less anxiety if I had received the key code and a phone contact number earlier. The location is great for proximity to the main drag in Kona, nearby stores and restaurants and easy access to the highway and airport.
