The 63m² apartment has just been freshly renovated and stylishly redecorated. It features a modern and stylish design and can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The location is excellent—right in downtown Gera:
You can reach the city center quickly on foot, as well as all the shops (including Gera Arcaden and Edeka Simmel) and various restaurants in the area. You can also look forward to walks in the adjacent Jugend Park, and you’re just a few minutes’ walk from the Culture and Convention Center or major museums (e.g., Museum of Applied Arts).

The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and features a comfortable king-size box-spring bed (1.80 m wide) that meets hotel standards, a large 55" smart TV with Netflix, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and everything you need.

The newly renovated bathroom features a bathtub with a showerhead, so you can freshen up however you like.
Of course, we provide fresh, high-quality towels, a washer-dryer, and bathroom essentials such as shower gel, shampoo, and a hair dryer.
