Everything was very specific to detail. The pictures were accurate and up to date. The unit was very clean, no dust, smelled clean, and extremely happy with no mold or bugs!!!! I did not encounter 1 bug the entire 8 days I stayed. In 13 years that has never happened in any location on Clearwater Beach. The communication with the host was very prompt, and responsive. There were beach chairs, towels, accesories in the unit. I could not be happier with the location. I will seek this property only for future vacations!

Our stay at Fins Up! was nothing short of perfect. The condo was clean and had EVERYTHING and ANYTHING you may need for your stay. The beach is steps away which was convenient! There are a good amount of steps up to condo entrance so this is not suitable for a handicapped individual. However, there’s extra gates/codes and locks for security purposes which just gives an extra little piece of mind! My family and I will definitely be back to this cozy, clean oasis! 10/10!!

Host was very helpful and responsive. Welcome bag was a nice touch. Property was as advertised and pictured. Very comfortable and had all that was needed for a great stay.

Great condo right on the beach! Super cute and clean and renovated so nicely! Would definitely return!
