Staying here was easily one of the best decisions we made during our trip to Sicily! Carmela is such a wonderful host—she takes care of every single detail herself. Sleeping in a spotlessly clean home with fresh, sweet-smelling linens really makes you feel as cozy as being at home. Having our own private balcony and starting the morning with Carmela’s delicious homemade treats was pure joy. I’m currently learning Italian, and Carmela was so patient and encouraging, chatting with me so I could practice. She was actually the very first person I ever conversed with in Italian, and I will always hold that memory close to my heart. On top of all that, Riposto is a wonderfully peaceful town, perfectly located near wineries and quiet beaches. During our two-day stay, we managed to hit the beach twice, visit two vineyards, and check out Taormina. Grazie di cuore per tutto Carmela, siamo felicissimi di averti conosciuta!

The venue was very clean and full of beautiful art. The host herself is an exceptionally warm and friendly person, eager to help and advise. And her cooking and care for guest is charming. We miss her already.

il paese Riposto non c'è nulla, però è una buona posizione strategica per visitare i dintorni, Etna, Catania, Giardini di Naxos, Taormina.

The owner was lovely and nothing too much trouble for us, she even gave us a lift in her car to the station because we couldn’t get a taxi.

It was walkable from the property to the station about half an hour without luggage but not with our bags.
