This renovated 3-story Victorian Gingerbread Cottage (circa 1869) is one of the Stockton Row homes in Cape May. The house is just steps to the beach, its about 1/2 a block away. You are located directly in town, in the Historic District, so theres no need to move the car. Restaurants, Shopping, Theaters, Tours, and the Washington Street Mall (outside walking mall) are located within a 4 block radius of the house. Enjoy the sounds of the horse drawn carriages pass by the house as you relax on the front porch. This house is perfect for one family or two.If you re planning on cooking during your stay there is plenty of seating for everyone in the dining room. Parking is quite difficult in Cape May and this house is unique as it has parking for 3 cars behind the property. The first floor of this property consists of your living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room. The second floor offers a master bedroom with full bathroom, two other bedrooms and a hall bathroom. The third floor offers three bedrooms and a hall bathroom.Linens are INCLUDED at this property. This includes, sheets and bath towels included in the turnover service. The homeowner also offers a beach box for you to leave your beach items in at the end of your beach day. There are numerous beach chairs and one beach umbrella left for you to use during your stay. My family and I enjoyed a lovely late October weekend at this lovely historic home. We appreciated the large comfortable gathering spaces in the living and dining rooms that allowed us to relax and be together. The kitchen was well organized and equipped and was roomy enough for multiple cooks to work together. We were glad for the second fridge which was great for our needs. The porch was a great place for morning coffee and afternoon visiting. It was delightful to walk everywhere in town from the house. We really enjoyed staying in this location.Beds were comfortable and allowed flexibility in choices for our family. The three bathrooms were helpful; future guests should note that there is no first floor restroom though that was not an issue for us. The home was very clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. We were able to park 3 cars in the parking area out back as advised in our check in packet. We had no issues with the occasional hotel deliveries using the shared driveway. Everyone in the area was friendly and respectful.We appreciated the communication with Coastal Realty and the kindness of the owner in helping us with a special request. We highly recommend a stay at this lovely and well cared for property.

This house is absolutely beautiful! We had 8 people staying here and it was big enough no one ever felt crowded. The beach is about a block away this house includes beach chairs and tags! We also love that we didn't have to bring out or linens and that there was off street parking. Checking in and out were easy and everyone we spoke to was super helpful! I will be staying here again next time we are in town!

We were there for our grandson's graduation in the Coast Guard. It was such a pleasant trip and the house just made it a little homey for all of us.
