Very nice one level home in a very quiet neighborhood. Had access to several recreation centers for a reasonable fee. All shopping I wanted to do was nearby. Screened in porch was wonderful! Loved all the ceiling fans throughout the home. Desk was very nice to use when on my laptop. Kitchen well equipped. Will visit again when in Phoenix area.

The house was very close to where my family reunion took place and the house itself was very accommodating.

Great kitchen and very well stocked as were the bathrooms. Very little needed to make ourselves at home. Living area was small but cozy and comfortable and absolutely met our needs. TV was nice size and content was very satisfactory, especially as host upgraded service. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating.. Location was excellent, very central to all activities and services. Only drawbacks were unable to use garage and needing a key to lock all doors from inside.

Great communication from the hosts! Thank you for allowing us to stay! We enjoyed our trip and would definitely stay again if we come back to Sun City area.
