This house was perfect for extending our stay in Michigan. Ryan was a great host and the home was comfortable, clean, and we felt very safe. The street is quiet and the yard was incredible for our kids to run and play in! We would definitely recommend this home. It was well stocked and a good location.

This is the 2nd time that we have rented the property & this time for 30-days. It is one of the best properties that we have ever rented. The location for us was great. All of the beds are extremely comfortable; plenty of kitchen items for cooking, etc. House is very clean & furniture is in top condition.Ryan is easy to contact for any reason. The property is very well maintained, lawn crew arrived weekly during our stay.We have another 30-day stay coming up yet this year. We are so thankful that we found this property.

Bathroom tub outside not clean(hair on the outside). 2 doors and several windows were unlocked when we arrived. Sliding glass door could not be locked. Bathroom shower sliding glass doors not working properly. Keurig stopped working at all - no back up. Host at first easy to communicate with, but as soon as I left a message about the doors unlocked, he no longer responded. Overall house clean - just certain areas.
