Beach view is unparalleled. Mountains, beach, rocks, surfing. Pool and hot tub are immaculate. Staff of the building is extremely helpful and available.Everything you could possibly need is in the unit and more. Very well thought out. AC works great. Lots of towels and other necessities. Close to groceries and convenience, stores and restaurants.Great place to store surfboards safely and lots of security so that you don’t have to worry going onto the beach.Definitely the nicest place we’ve stayed at in the many times we’ve been to Costa Rica.

Our family stayed for 4 days in this gorgeous condo with an amazing view. Eric was quick to respond to answer any questions we had while we enjoyed our stay!

Property was amazing. Paul was a great host. Helped us find boards and was super accommodating. Perfect location for walkable local restaurants and beach access. 24x7 manned security gate gave our girls some comfort too. The pool was a great transition from being on the beach and the hot tub was hot. The setup for hanging out at night and doing some cooking was perfect. Kids loved the panoramic balcony views. Definitely recommend this property.

This was my favorite place we stayed in Costa Rica (and cheapest), and is probably the nicest place in Jaco. You check in at the gate, there is on site parking, the condo is huge with no neighbor noise, and the balcony is also large. There are plenty of restaurants options nearby, as well as multiple grocery stores. There is a large pool that the kids loved, and we enjoyed all the loungers on the baha shelf around the pool. Overall, we will stay here again.
