House was clean and comfortable Nice neighborhoodHost was present and responsiveLocation was not the best. Prefer to be closer to Route 41

Location was ideal for quick access to city center, beaches and conveniences. There was an issue with check in as we could not access the key. Also, because of previous hurricane damage, the pool had lost its cage, but that was not disclosed before our arrival. Pictures need updating. Because we have small dogs we did have to barricade a few areas in the fence for extra protection. The house was clean and had more space than expected, which was nice. Kitchen was well equipped. The house is a little tired, and there are some work that needs finishing, but it provided us with the space and location that we desired during our stay.Owner was easy to communicate with, and did come by to show us how to operate the pool system, etc., which we appreciated. Lawn maintenance and pool cleaning were prompt and consistent during our stay.

So the pool and hot tub was great!The location and neighborhood was great!The patio furniture was broken, dirty and old. No outdoor table...The grill was disgusting and the host just threw up his hands and said he doesn't bother with that...well, in Florida doesn't one grill alot? Maybe he doesn't bother with it but we care! The house was clean inside (grass was never cut all month and we picked up dirty screws along side the pool. and we could have easily stepped on them)Stained mattress pads on bedsvery very few amenities...old coffeepot.no bathroom wastebaskets, purchased them ourselves. This really has potential
