The kitchenette was recently renovated in November 2019 and features a two-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, and sink, while a newly fitted bathroom with a shower completes the space.

The second apartment, slightly smaller at around 31 m², also accommodates two guests. It features a living area with a sofa and a dining table, a wall unit that hides a double bed, and a flat-screen TV with radio. The separate kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom includes a shower.

Both apartments offer the convenience of a car parking space, subject to availability.
