We received great communication from our host and the property was very clean. I was traveling with my family for a week softball tournament for my daughter. It was close to Tennessee Tech and the fields. Only thing I would recommend is more household appliances and supplies. No toaster, no measuring cups, no Tupperware, only a couple pots/pans. And we’re left 2 tide pods for laundry. Dirty jerseys, hikes to the falls 2 tide pods didn’t do the trick. And we cooked every day so we had to improvise on food storage and cooking needs. BUT in general the property was very good! I would recommend.
