Peace, comfort and the atmosphere of the dunes

Dune Breeze is inspired by the natural surroundings of the villa. The calm of the dunes, the fresh sea air and the light, natural tones of the interior come together here. This stylish 4-person villa offers a relaxing stay where nature, comfort and the coastal feeling are at the centre.

Close to the beach and water

Located just a few steps from the bay beach, Dune Breeze combines a central location with a peaceful setting. From the villa, you can easily walk towards the water and enjoy views of the dunes and the natural surroundings of Beach Resort Punt West. Its location makes this villa ideal for guests who want to stay close to the beach without compromising on peace and privacy.

Outdoor living in every season

One of the main highlights of this villa is the sheltered winter terrace. The dining area on the terrace is enclosed by sliding glass panels that provide protection from wind and weather, allowing you to sit outside comfortably even on cooler days. The terrace is a lovely place for breakfast, relaxation or a long evening with views of the dunes.
