The office closes early. I arrived around 8 pm and had to call to check in. The process was easy once I reached the person but I didn't receive instructions in my email. I liked the three pools and the grounds were nice. Centrally located in Townsend, with approximately 20-30 minute drives to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge.

all was good . breakfast was good missing a few things. Maybe some more options on meat overall it was good >
Tremont was very good to the furry animals.
I would suggest that staying here and easy access to pigeon forge.
Quiet peaceful, relaxing place.

It was like a fancy hotel. Clean overall but a lot of the hidden areas were not. Like underneath the bed. The floors had some questionable stains and sheets too. I think it was because it's not like an actual hotel and more of a mom and pop thing.

We really loved our stay there! Our ac went out and they had it replaced super fast. We liked the area and we especially liked getting to see a bear right outside our room!
