Hanasa Pu Luong Resort

My stay at Hasana Pu Luong was absolute perfection. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, The hot water and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Note for late sleepers: the curtains are light to keep the room airy, so bring a sleeping mask if you're sensitive to the morning sun! ​The staff is adorable and super helpful, even with long-distance transfers, and their communication via WhatsApp is top-notch. The restaurant also has a great, extensive menu. The infinity pool is spotless, and the view is breathtaking—even in the rain, the valley looks magical and mystical. A true haven of peace!

Wow I don’t know how to even put into words how amazing our stay was. The entire staff was beyond accommodating and attentive. They reached out weeks even before our trip to ensure we had proper transportation there as it is a massive commute. Once we got close they reached back out about ensuring we would have a dinner of our choosing ready for us. The room was exactly like the photos and incredibly clean. We woke up to a stunning view every morning and the breakfast included was phenomenal. We rented motor bikes on site to drive into the villages (which I highly recommend) and found some amazing spas and local cuisine. Huge shoutout to Nhung who was so wonderful to chat to at dinner about local customs and history. While there are other resorts in the area that are also nice, we will 1000% be coming back and recommending Hanasa Pu Luong Resort again!

The view was amazing, and the property was beautiful. It was a relaxing oasis in a small village over looking rice fields and mountains. It was the perfect getaway to enjoy an authentic experience

Some hotels don't live up to the marketing hype or don't look like the pics. This resort hotel is not one of them. As beautiful as the pics look on the hotel ap, reality is even better. If that's possible. The view from our chalet was stunning. The management and team went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. There is a definite family vibe to this resort. The pool was devine after a day in the sun. Food was while not the strong point was still of a good quality. The only real negative was that a vehicle cannot access the hotel. So our bags were collected by a scooter while we had to walk the 80 metres from the main road to the hotel. If that is the price for having a room perched on a hillside overlooking the terraced rice fields, then I'll pay it. A fabulous stay. Highly recommended.
