During our trip to Morocco, this was the best of the three accommodations we stayed in. It was simply perfect. The riad is absolutely beautiful. The inner courtyard is stunning, and our room was enormous, full of history and beautiful architectural details. The hospitality of the staff was impeccable. Marwane welcomed us warmly at check-in and immediately made us feel at home. He gave us wonderful tips and helped us organise our days so that we could make the most of our time in Marrakech. This is truly the art of hospitality. Mohammed also always welcomed us with a smile, as did the rest of the team, who, even more discreetly, contributed to making our stay so special. The little birds in the inner courtyard, together with the peaceful silence after the hustle and bustle of the Medina, were simply wonderful. The location is perfect for exploring everything. The Wi-Fi was also good, and breakfast was by far the best we had during our trip. The riad is beautifully maintained and clean. You can feel the love, care and dedication that go into every detail. All of this makes the entire experience truly wonderful. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return.

The riad was well signposted and easy to find, with lovely friendly staff. Our room was quiet, nicely-decorated and had a comfortable bed. The small pool on the rooftop was a delight, as were all the plants. Breakfast was delicious and came with friendly cats. The riad very kindly did our laundry for us!

The only thing that could be improved is a second set of keys so that we could come and go independently. However, this seems common to many places we stayed at, so no reason to avoid this place.

Beautiful Riad in a great location - it could be difficult to find when you first arrive but they arranged a transfer for us from the airport and we were met by Marwan who showed us exactly where to go. He was so helpful from start to finish. Marwan and the rest of the staff were exceptional and really made us feel welcome. We had a spa treatment whilst staying which was great and breakfast on the rooftop was a lovely way to start the day. Definitely recommend if you want somewhere in the heart of the Medina to stay.
