Honestly I liked everything, the cottage was super nice and clean, the view was amazing I loved so much

The cabin was very clean and had a beautiful view.

I had a major problem with booking.com when I rented this property. I sent a request through booking .com that never made it to the owner. This understandably caused confusion that should never have happened.

It is in a good location of the hill with great view, really love it. It is close to Rooms hotel, can walk there for dinner or cook by yourself

The closest supermarket is 10-15 mins walking and when you back you need to hike in a up hill 1 km distance, tiring. But worth it considered the great view up there.

Unfortunately, our stay at this cottage was quite disappointing, and I wanted to share our experience. When we first arrived, the cottage was extremely cold, and we had to wait for the host to come and turn the radiator on. The second shower was blocked with hair. We contacted the host, but they said they were far away and could only come early the next morning. Since we needed to use the shower, we had to try to unblock it ourselves. There was also no soap or shampoo provided. Regarding the barbecue, the property only provided a charcoal grill. There were no skewers or other basic barbecue equipment. When we asked the host about this, we were told that guests usually bring their own skewers and that they do not provide them. The location was also much farther from the centre of Kazbegi than we expected. Unfortunately, the cottage did not have the view we were expecting either, as the view was largely blocked by another cottage. Finally, the listing stated that the cottage had two bedrooms, but this was not the case during our stay. These were our main issues and this was simply our experience. I wanted to share it so that future guests know what to expect before booking. I hope others have a better experience if they decide to stay at this cottage and visit Kazbegi.
