Heritage Collection Palermo B&B

Very clean and tidy property. The rooms are decent size compared to other rooms in Italy. The breakfast was lovely.

Was a little hard to find when we first checked in. We were looking for a sign saying ‘Heritage Collection’ but because it’s part of a larger building, there wasn’t prominent signage.

Nothing. A good few stairs up to the property but it didn’t bother us.

Central location in the historic area of Palermo and a short walk to a lot of the sights. The check in process was very easy and the hotel very secure, clean and comfortable. Roberta our hostess was outstanding and nothing was a bother for her. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend.

Convenient location in the old town close to major attractions. Clean and comfortable bed.

Not suitable for anybody with mobility issues. Difficult to find. Stumbled with my phone while balancing luggage and an umbrella in the rain until I found the WhatsApp message with the code. Bumped my head on the low door. Crossed a courtyard avoiding the puddle and construction. Carried my suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. Opened the door of my "suite" to a small entranceway described as a "living room". No place to hang my wet jacket. Then carried my suitcases up a steep, narrow staircase to the loft. Needed to make one last business call, but the wifi was insufficient for video at 5 MBs upload speed.
