I had a lovely stay at this beautiful villa. The accommodation is wonderful and my room was very comfortable. I slept so well due to the peaceful location. The views from my window were stunning. The setting of Vila Sipot is like something from a fairy tale. I would love to stay again.

When you have to hit a code on an electric lock in order to enter the building and there is no staff on site, it's not a hotel, in my view. And because the code box was well away from the door handle and the handle was sticky, I couldn't get in. I had walked a mile and a half up a steep hill to get there. Yikes. Fortunately reception worked, so I was able to WhatsApp the proprietor. Oh, the room was comfortable and well-equipped when I finally got in. And it was very close to the palace, which was, of course, closed that day.

Sinaia is beautiful, and the setting is stunning. Of course, the restaurants nearby had closed by the time I got there, so I went to bed without dinner. Hard to like that.
