Everything.
We stayed at La Belle Maison twice during our Vietnam holiday. The location is superb, overlooking Hoan Kiem Lake. The suite was very spacious and well equipped. Breakfasts (on the sixth floor overlooking the lake) were excellent. And the staff, led by Thor, went above and beyond in the level of service.
An absolutely delightful stay!

I loved the location of this property and the staff. It’s right in front of the lake and on the weekends the streets close so it’s quieter and great for people watching, or running. The staff Thor and Loki were amazing, so helpful and kind. The breakfast chef was also great!
I booked partly because of the vegan options I saw online but there were not enough breakfast options for me.

One of the most interesting hotels you will find in Hanoi - don’t read too many reviews as it will spoil the surprise! The room was big and unique but the best thing about the hotel is the staff - you will not find nicer more helpful people in Hanoi. Thanks do much to Thor and the team. Oh and the breakfast was extremely good. Plus the views!
There are lots of stairs which means it’s perhaps not for everyone but the team help with the luggage so it’s not a big deal.
