Dave and Karen were amazing hosts. The property was exactly as described, so much room for a family of 14 to move around. The pool area was the favorite. Very conveniently located in between Port Saint Joe and Mexico Beach. Plenty of opportunities to drive either way for shopping and entertainment. All of the beach accessories were awesome. The neighborhood was so much fun to drive around on the provided golf cart. The golf cart was an amazing addition and made it so easy to get back and forth from the beach.

We had a great time at this property! The only thing I would suggest is new mattresses in the master bedroom.
