I would give our stay a 3.5.Pros: Location, Quiet Neighborhood, Decor, Lots of light, Use of fireplaceCons: Beds and Pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I would strongly suggest replacing them. The sheets smelled like the sheets hadn't been cleaned. Had to rewash bedding.

We had a wonderful stay at the Birdie and the bear! Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. The home was beautifully decorated and centrally located to everything we wanted to do in Kings Beach! We look forward to coming back in the future.
