This property has a minimum 30 day rental period but could be more cost effective than many 7 day rentals out there. Generally speaking, we only book on the calendar month due to our inability of leaving a gap between stays. Guests have access to the entire building and adjacent outdoor areas but not the outdoor storage shed.
