We were in Utah for a family Reunion. The house was easy to get to and get around Salt Lake for family events. We didn't hear the neighbors at all. We did see them out side with their cute dog and they were super friendly. The air conditioning was fantastic in the bedrooms (a little warmer upstairs in the kitchen/dining room but we were fine). It was HOT while we were in town. The only downside was the yard wasn't entirely fenced, and there are two busy roads on either side of the house. Our dogs still enjoyed the grass and being outside we just had to keep a close eye on them. We would stay here again for sure!
