We didn’t get to try all they had there but it was good to stay while we were there for a wedding. It would be a great to stay there for a while to enjoy it all. We used the ranch house and cabin and both were clean and nice. The owners were easy to reach and replied quickly. We would stay here again.

We loved the game room and spent hours in there. The property grounds were great with lots of room to spread out. And each house had everything you needed from pots and pans to extra blankets to plenty of drinking water!

We had a fantastic time here with 3 families and 7 little kid cousins who thoroughly enjoyed the property! It was great proximity to Pedernales State Park and Marble Falls, which also had several restaurants and entertainment spots to enjoy as a family. I'd definitely book here again.

For the most part, the place was good for what our family of 13 needed. The pool and hot tub were great. There were a few things that needed fixing. The grill was old and did not work well at all. Some toilets were not working properly. Faucets, showers, and sinks were giving very low pressure. Although the hosts were responsive and I appreciate that.
