Our newly renovated 65-square-meter vacation apartment with a garden has everything you could want and is equipped with modern amenities: dishwasher, washing machine, underfloor heating in the bathroom and open-concept kitchen, flat-screen TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, decentralized ventilation for a healthy indoor climate, a walk-in rain shower, a washing machine, wide doors (wheelchair accessible), and free parking right outside the front door.
It’s ideal for large families or people who prefer to sleep in separate rooms. Each of the three bedrooms has a flat-screen TV with satellite reception. One bedroom features a cozy 1.8-meter-wide box-spring bed, the second a 1.8-meter-wide double bed, and the third bedroom has a fold-out single bed. Bed linens and towels are provided free of charge.

In the private, fenced-in garden area, you can relax and unwind surrounded by greenery.
The apartment is also located just about 100 m from a swimming lake and is situated in a quiet 30-zone. The nearest restaurant is a 5-minute walk away. You can also reach the large supermarket on foot in about 7 minutes. A gym with a sauna, cozy bars, a movie theater, and a theater offer plenty of cultural variety.

The county seat of Itzehoe is located in the state of Schleswig-Holstein, halfway between Hamburg, the North Sea, and the Baltic Sea.
Near the apartment, you can go for a walk or swim in the lake just 100 meters away.
