Phenomenal location for exploring downtown Wellington and anywhere in the area you might want to reach using local transit - bus, train, or ferry. Convenient walking distance to bus stops on Courtenay Place, as well as the i-Site shuttle stops for Zealandia and the Weta Studio tour. We had an easy walk to takeaways on Courtenay and the dining scenes on Cuba Street and Lambton Quay. Easy walk to grocery, the Sunday market, or out for a cocktail. Lovely breeze kept the flat pleasant, and our host was a joy.

This apt is even better than it appears in the photos. It’s a big, bright, open space with lots of comfy seating and an extremely comfortable bed. If it’s available, book it!
