Four spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet, are ideal for 8 guests. The two “master bedrooms” also feature a full bathroom and a private balcony with a fantastic view of Southbroom and the ocean. With a bit of luck and calm seas, you can watch whales pass by from the balcony or right from the bathtub. The sound of the crashing waves instantly puts every guest in a vacation mood. The “family rooms” can easily accommodate a few more children.
The private solar system and well provide independence from the public utility grid. You can spend the day in wonderful comfort by the private pool or in the barbecue area, and if you’d like, you’re welcome to hit a few balls on the on-site putting green

Although Southbroom is one of the safest places in South Africa—you can still go for a walk or jog alone here—the house is equipped with an alarm system and video surveillance. The large kitchen makes self-catering easy, but the restaurants in town and the surrounding area offer delicious meals from breakfast through dinner. The prices are nothing like those in Germany: 7–15 euros for a full meal. Even the “green fee” for golfers is only about 15 euros. You’ll quickly recoup the cost of your flight and can look forward to the wonderful safaris and nature parks.
