We komen al jaren bij Pine Cliffs en het blijft een ideaal resort vanwege lokatie, faciliteiten en sfeer
Wat minder was dit jaar is dat er een “facility fee” op de rekening stond van 20 euro per dag voor gebruik van zwembad, sportfaciliteiten etc. Dit is buitengewoon vreemd, want voorheen zaten die faciliteiten in de totaalprijs en nu moest je er ineens voor bijbetalen. Ik zou het management van Pine Cliffs willen waarschuwen dat dit niet de juiste manier is om de klant te binden.

Amazing location at the top of a cliff bedecked with beautiful pine trees. Amazing breakfast at the o grill restaurant. The staff are very good there.
The staff at the other restaurants are not so attentive sadly and the reception rang me about 4 times to vacate the room as they needed it for another guest just at the check out time of 10am. I found that very pushy and unfriendly
