Coffee is good the others are ok.

Somebody smoking in their room but open the door so make me feel really bad.

The location is fabulous. Everything was walking distance with great restaurants and shops close by.

The rooms were large but had uncomfortable sofas and chairs

The breakfast was fine, it was as described as some grab and go items, all in the lobby. It was easy to check in and check out and the staff was friendly.

There were quite a few things that could've been better. The air conditioning in my room didn't work very well, and the thermostat read a very different temperature than it felt like in the room. I also had random cleaning supplies and tubs stored in my room during my stay for some reason. I paid a similar price here as I did at a hotel down the street prior- and that hotel was infinitely better. The bedroom I got wasn't the same as the one I saw photos of when booking. I saw a large room with a couch in the ad and instead was in a room with a chair and no couch. The floors of my room had cracks all over the tiles. My shower also didn't drain properly and so it was extremely difficult to shower without the floor of the entire bathroom getting wet. This really felt more like the quality of a 'love' hotel vs a nicer hotel to stay at in Gangnam.
