Location was awesome and the wood burner and big wood pile made it cosy. There was plenty of room for three couples and all our cars. It was pretty well stocked and lovely and clean.
Maybe some more glasses and cups?

The view
It could have been cleaner. Carpets are stained. Not quite sure if doona covers were cleaned, the child one smelt a bit. A couple of lights needed above the hand basin in the big bedroom.

Lovely location. Private and quiet with an amazing view of the lake and Mt Tarawera. Nice and roomy and an excellent range of toys for young children. Plenty of off-street parking. Very clean and good facilities. Plenty of room in the kitchen for our own supplies
Would have been good to get some info about rubbish collection etc. There was no information sheet about the house at all that we could find. Also in the downstairs bedroom there were no bedside lights. Just one shared light over the middle of the bed. Also there was only one bedside table. So as an avid reader-in-bed and also needing somewhere to put a glass of water I really missed a bedside table and light.

It was warm and in a good location
The bath leaked whilst filling and flowed through the ceiling into the bathroom below.
The furniture was comfortable but dirty. There were ants in the kitchen. The house is showing general signs signs of wear and tear.
We had to turn our sheet over because it was stained. The upstairs bedroom had a tv but there was no power to it.
