A lovely quirky property where you connected easily to the outdoors. I especially enjoyed the abundant bird life.
I would have loved a microwave.

A lovely peaceful and private cabin right on the water. Local wildlife in abundance. Very clean and comfortable with sufficient cooking facilities for self catering or close to the hotel if you prefer to eat out. Fabulous hosts.
Nothing to say.

This is a wonderfully relaxing place to stay on Bruny Island, for one or 2 people. Kaoru is a small and cosy accommodation option, with 3 small separate pods on a deck facing the channel. Facilities are clean and all amenities are provided for self catering. Atsuko is a friendly and generous host.
Nothing! Although the thoughtful bathrobes were on the small side for bigger bodies...

Stunning location right on the channel so sunsets magnificent.
Interesting arrangement of separate living areas. Glad it was not freezing as was best to be able to spend time outside. So many little nooks and crannies to sit and relax.
Eco facilities which worked well. Hosts super accommodating with extras we needed and gave us introductions on how to use the spaces. Surrounded by Nature at its best!
A distance to cart things to room from car.
