Excellent location and furnished to a high quality.

Unfortunately the wifi was not working for the entirety of our stay, due to an issue from the service provider. The host apologised after being notified but did not update us on the status. Also, a suggestion would be to replace the single use toiletries with bulk refillable bottles to minimise unnecessary plastic.

Mooi oud huis binnen de muren. Zeer goede locatie.

De airco maakte mega veel lawaai, er waren weinig keuken voorzieningen zoals een bord of bestek. De trap is inderdaad een hele opgave zoals wel gemeld.

The location was great, charming building right in the amphitheatre

Weirdly inhospitable place to stay- WiFi didn’t work for the whole time we were there, no cups plates and cutlery in the kitchen (they are locked in a cupboard not for guest use). When we raised the WiFi issue nothing was done- it was clear this property is managed remotely. The door to our room was frosted glass meaning when other guests turn the hall light on at 2am your whole room illuminates. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. There are so many lovely places to stay in Lucca, probably pick somewhere else even for the price
