Location brilliant, close to all local attractions, pubs and car park across road. Host excellent at sorting out a small problem with heating
Property in general clean but is ready for decorating and maybe a few more cooking utensils

Location was great for us in easy reach of beach and town. Alex, was very helpful and kept in touch to make sure we were okay. The information supplied was very good one of the best I have seen on how to use appliances etc. A few bits could do with a little update on where to go and eat but that's Whitby for your something new to discover each time.
The bathroom could do with a little attention e.g. the tap on the sink.
