the keys were easy to get however I had real problems opening the apartment door.
I couldn't open the door of the apartment. The first night someone helped me and the second night someone had to come and open the door. after that I left it on the latch. I got told I had to pull the door to open however this didnt work and I ended up with a very sore finger trying to open it. I suggest a handle on the door would help.
