Giustiniani Apartments

Fotini, who takes care of the property and its guests, is a very friendly, welcoming, and attentive lady. She did everything she could to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The room and the bathroom were exceptionally clean. In fact, this was one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in. I could sleep with complete peace of mind. I didn’t notice a single stain, any dirt, or anything unpleasant on the towels, bedsheets, or any of the surfaces. The property is very close to the town centre. If you don’t have any mobility issues, both the port and the waterfront are easily within walking distance. Fotini kindly allowed us to check out an hour later than scheduled. We were also able to leave our luggage at the property when we arrived early, as well as after checking out, so we could continue exploring without carrying our bags around. We were also very happy with the car rental agency she recommended. The staff there were just as friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everything went smoothly throughout our stay, and we didn’t encounter a single problem. Another thing worth mentioning is how quickly Fotini responds to messages and questions. She is always attentive and willing to help. I genuinely enjoyed my stay here and would happily choose this place again if I ever return. Highly recommended!

Otelin konumu merkeze çok yakın sayılmaz. Ancak çalışanların sevecenliği ve yardımseverliği mükemmeldi. Herkese tavsiye ederim. Tertemiz bir oda ve mükemmel seviyede bir hizmet.

It was our second visit at the property. At this time we stayed in the room number 7. With our little girl it was more than nice to stay in this room. Everything was clean and the room was newly decorated. All the facilities were functioning well. The location is excellent. The staff is so friendly. Nothing to say more, go and stay.

Nothing.

Hôtel très bien situé, à deux pas du centre de Chios. La chambre et la salle de bain était confortablement aménagée et super propre. Toutes mes demandes ont été traitées rapidement par Fotini. L’erreur serait de ne pas y aller.
