The host was warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. The place was quiet with cozy furnishings and mild lighting to ensure a soothing and relaxing atmosphere. The property was clean and well maintained. I had a really great stay at Riverside by Teil.
The locks were a little stiff. Sometimes I had difficulties in locking the front and side doors when I was in a hurry.

Convenient location for the part of Preston I was visiting - about 10 mins walk from station.
There were a couple of police car pursuits down the road outside overnight and the tv spontaneously turned itself on at 3am; somewhat disruptive to sleep!

Great location by the river. Nice for a walk. Go is big communal kitchen and living room plus patio out front. Plenty of free milk, cereal, hot drinks, biscuits. Decent bedroom.
No chair or desk in bedroom, but owner apologised and said he could provide if I came again.

Plenty of free on street parking.
Stayed In Room 6 On The Top Floor. One blind was missing, heating was on and room was waybtoo hot so had to open window, this meant the wind was blowing the blinds and also road noise outside was quite loud so didn't get much sleep.
