La ubicación excelente, muy cerca de todo, lugar espacioso y limpio, tal cual la descripción.

1. The location is excellent
2. The size of the property provides a lot of space
3. Minty staff are excellent and attentive if something goes wrong
1. Lack of available hot water at all times. It runs out very quickly and then takes an hour or 2 to heat up again
2. There are no waste disposal containers in the building or outside. You have to walk down the street trying to find an empty bin sometimes for a long time to dispose of your waste daily. Waste disposal times of 8pm to 8am are also inconvenient
3. The beds are very uncomfortable
4. There is no oven
5. The showers were blocked on arrival
