Staff were amazing, comfort get prioritized with delicious food. Wonderful stay!

We were given boat allocated time at 1045 am, no other boat trip available, hence the urgency to make it to jetty at said time. Probably can give few other time as well since we travelled from KL and the drive to mersing is not easy as well.

After we read some of the reviews, we were a bit skeptical coming here. Staff was very nice and their diving center was very good, I went for a refresher dive which was nice. Food was good, not too spicy and suitable for our European palates. The beach and underwater life is just astonishing with some world class snorkeling and to be honest, that was the reason we came here. We saw loads of different fish, stingrays, barracudas and some baby sharks. If you dont demand a high end luxury hotel but want to come to a marine park with protected nature then this is a place to be. If you prefer luxury over nature than this is not a good value for money. All in all I think this place offers incredible beach and underwater life but would benefit from a bit of upgrades and maintenance

The sink in our bathroom was broken and a mouse came into our room one day. The whole place does have a but of rundown vibe. I think that is not a standard you should get for this amount of money.
