Great customer service, great location

Parking is little far, need to take two different elevators to get to ground level

This was a spacious room (rare in Japan) with a balcony overlooking the harbour. There was a cupboard big enough to store our luggage, unlike the other Japanese hotel rooms where we stayed, and this kept the room tidy - brilliant! The quality of the bathroom and the fittings throughout were excellent. The bed was comfortable and the bedding good quality. Air conditioning worked well. Soundproofing was good, we were not disturbed by other guests or traffic noise. The staff were excellent. Location was right next to the train station and a new shopping centre. Lots of food options all around.

The breakfast looked a bit pricey so we ate elsewhere.

good breakfast buffet and really well designed bedrooms with plenty of space. Special mention to Very helpful bellhop who alway looked after us.

a concierge to book restaurants - we were told they couldnt do this for us. More flexible dining times - rooms service stopped early and the bar doesnt open until 6 pm
