Sera Lake Center Hotel

El personal excelente! La vista al Mar Negro y la cercanía al aeropuerto de Trabzon y al lugar donde rente un vehículo, me facilitaron mucho mis salidas para conocer la zona. Los alimentos y el área de restaurante de primera!!!Gracias al staff de Sera Lake Center Hotel!

Posizione interessante nei sobborghi di Trasbon e abbastanza vicina alla città, massimo mezz'ora in auto a causa traffico. Struttura pulita e staff gentile, ottima la colazione. C'è il parcheggio privato.

Purtroppo la stanza era vista mare (molto bello) ma sulla strada estremamente trafficata e con l'insonorizzazione nulla della finestra sembrava di avere le auto in camera. Altra Nota dolente gli acari nel materasso, ci siamo svegliati al mattino pieni di punture...è un problema che deve essere risolto.

I reserved two connected rooms for a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids for 4 nights. The chick-in process was very slow. We had problems opening the rooms with the cards, happened in first and second days. the housekeeping staff did not really clean the room, even some of the towels were very old and torn. The breakfast is very poor (one bread type for example), NO air conditioning in the dining room in August is very bad. Wifi does not work at all, even if was connected, no Internet, so I used cellular data instead. Parking is in the near school yard. The pool is another story, it is not as it seems in the photos, it's small and freezing cold. They even make you buy a hair cover for 200 TL each (male and female) to enter the pool, the space where the pool is very small and it's in the basement, no windows. There are no towels near the pool, we took towels from the room and asked the reception for new one when we returned to the room.
