The rooms are very big and confortable, they can be compared to a whole flat Made by one big master bedroom.

The pool was under maintenance, however pool at villas nearby was offered

The rooms are big and the bed. The bathroom is huge. The pool is a nice setting.

The bath is full of plants. The pool needed to have the leaves, flowers & pollen cleaned off more often.

The staff at Melo are beautiful and kind and so accommodating. The location is also really good.

We weren’t told until we arrived that the ‘pool’ was under maintenance which meant that we would not have a pool whilst staying at Melo for 5 days. The beautiful staff did upgrade us to a villa with a private pool once there was one available however walking through the hotel to get in and out, it was clear that the whole place was falling apart/ being renovated. There were out of order signs on everything and the pool had a shallow layer of very green water in it. Also there was no hot water in either room we stayed in. The toilet in the villa didn’t flush properly unless we manually filled the reservoir and also the toilet paper was the very this scratchy kind. The soap bottles were 3/4 empty and watered down. The only reason I am being so picky with all of these things is because we have stayed at Melo twice before this, once a year ago and we loved it, we had no complaints before. We were shocked at the state of the place this time.
