The property is well designed and particularly the rooms with the jacuzzi add a premium that feels a lot “luxury”.
Mahdy is the manager, I have to say that he went over our best expectations. He has been always ready to help and to find the best accommodation.
Particularly appreciated the room that he gave us and the day excursion that he and the staff arranged to visit the pyramids with personal driver and guide.
The property would really need capex and care for the forniture and fixtures because even if it is well done, time has passed and it is becoming evident.

The room was very nice especially the Jacuzzi was very functional and clean. The room was the same as the pictures and the staff was very friendly.
There are no facilities outside the room, except for a rooftop restaurant with a nice view. Also, the mattress was not so good.

Great stay for couples. The environment is relaxing and the view is wonderful. Love the lightings of the hotel, very comfortable. The hotel did a great job helping us to arrange a pyramids tour for us. All the staff is wonderful. Worth the money.
