The villa is clean, brand new, and the views are amazing. The staff is helpful, and they communicated on chat promptly. They decorated the room really well :)

They changed the room we booked during check in. We booked the pool view, and got the garden view, which meant a bigger climb for us everytime we wanted to leave our room

The shampoo and body wash bottles were rusty, and you couldn’t even tell which one was which. The place looks newly renovated, but honestly, the overall quality feels a bit cheap. The towels had a strange, old smell, and there were some weird stains on the bedsheets. What disappointed me the most, though, was the manager’s response. It was clearly a copy-and-paste reply, and took a long time to come back to me. Overall, the place looks new on the surface, but the details make it feel poorly maintained and lower quality than expected.

The view is breathtaking, the big pool is clean and has good temperature, common area is very well kept, the interiors are tastefully premium. Good pillows even if on the softer side, not perfectly soundproof but the area is silent most of the night so no issues (always bring earplugs just in case), good mattress (on the sustained side), mosquito nets. I lile the fact the toilet is separated from the bathroom, some might not. Staff is so so kind, quick and prepared!

Bring a sleeping mask, cause it's not super dark in the morning despite the curtains, the road to get there is very rough, but that's a Nusa Penida characteristics. Note: there are two adjacent villas with similar names, probably same owner, similar architecture. I was a bit confused from the photos here on booking

De kamer en het uitzicht was mooi.

Ze lieten ons te veel betalen voor het huren van de scooter én de transfer naar de haven. De driver van het hotel (busje Kaliente) was niet vriendelijk en wees ons al vrij snel (nadat we dus te veel voor de rit hadden betaald) dat we beter konden lopen. Het personeel in het hotel was niet bijzonder vriendelijk/verwelkomend. Twee mannelijke collega’s communiceerden kort en afstandelijk met ons. We moesten direct bij aankomst kiezen voor het ontbijt van de volgende dag. De noodles waren niet vers en lauw. De koffie was wel goed. De toilet in onze hotelkamer was bij aanvang niet goed schoongemaakt en de handdoeken roken muf. Toen we onze kamer schoon hebben laten maken, ontvingen we geen nieuwe handdoeken. Onze kamer lag gelegen naast een soort gemaakte waterval. Opzich een leuk idee, maar als je in je kamer wilt rusten, is dit onmogelijk vanwege het lawaai. Ook hoor je in de kamers onder het zwembad, het geluid van het zwembad heel goed. Er is geen kluis aanwezig in de kamer. Toch wat minder prettig. En het hotel ernaast is in aanbouw, wat voor geluidsoverlast zorgt.
